The council is holding a Question Time on Wednesday, October 30, and residents are invited to submit questions.
Questions have to be sent in writing to: Question Time, October 2002, Secretariat, Hertsmere Borough Council, Civic Offices, Elstree Way, Borehamwood, Hertfordshire, WD6 2DA, by Wednesday, October 16.
The first five received will be responded to at the council meeting. Other questions will get written answers.
Residents and owners of premises, or businesses, in the borough can submit questions, but must not seek information on a person or body covered by the Data Protection Act or on particular applications, such as planning or licences.
