Dancer Sherri Leatham, from Balmoral Drive in Borehamwood, is to spend six months in Paris at the Euro-Disney theme park.
Miss Leatham will take a place in the theme park's parade, The Disney Show, from October. She has been training at the Talent Time Stage Company in Potters Bar for three years, and has already performed at The London Palladium and Wembley.
"I'm so excited, I've always been a huge Disney fan, and this is like a dream come true for me. Dancing has taken over my life in the last few years, and this is such a great opportunity," she said.
Talent Time's director and dance coach, Stuart Glover, said: "Sherri has blossomed into a truly talented performer. She has worked continually hard, and this is just the beginning of her dance career."
