Hertsmere U18s started this Challenge Cup match slowly against last season's First Division Champions, but still managed to create a few chances, which were denied by some fine goalkeeping.
Ross Marle finally broke the deadlock just before the break to put Hertsmere 1-0 up.
Hertsmere upped the tempo in the second-half, and Martin Stevens scored a fine goal. This was quickly followed by a headed goal from Ross Marle at the far post.
Sam McDonagh slotted home a penalty for Hertsmere's fourth, and Jake Parrott scored two late goals to complete the rout.
