HOMELESSNESS among young people in rural areas will be one of the issues tackled at a conference organised by the Countryside Development Agency (CDA) for Hertfordshire and the Herts Young Homeless Group (HYHG).
The event at the CDA's new offices in Hatfield is open to councils, housing associations and agencies that tackle homelessness as well as anyone concerned about socially excluded youngsters.
