TRADING standards officers in Hertfordshire are advising Christmas shoppers to "ditch the Del Boys" of this world and resist the temptation of buying cheap counterfeit goods.
As well as costing the British economy £9 million a year, counterfeit goods are often poorly-made and can be dangerous.
