Observer and Review Knockout Cup, Quarter Final
THE BOOT shocked Parkwood when taking the lead after only two minutes, before going down 5-2.
Forced to re-organise through injuries, Parkwood were slow to find their form, and, although David Old equalised, their performance was ragged and the Boot re-took the lead.
Sanu Miah levelled almost immediately for a 2-2 half-time score.
Athough not fluent, Parkwood showed more desire in the second period, whereas the Boot lost their discipline and shape.
Miah fired in two more goals to complete his hat-trick, and Old added his second to secure a semi-final place.
Garry Barber and Mike Hemmingway shone, but man-of-the-match went to Miah.
