Wood Boys 7 Harvesters North 1
Wood Boys started the second round of games of the season against a much improved Harvesters side.
Midway through the first half, they took the lead through the ever-improving James Noakes. Wood should have added to the score on a number of occasions, but then Harvesters pulled a goal back.
Wood came out for the second half with the bit between their teeth and a smart corner saw Alex English score a long range effort into the top corner. Taylor Burgen scored a penalty and Wood did not let Harvesters have any time on the ball, as Rhys Parkinson added the fourth, and English scored an identical goal, after hitting the bar moments earlier.
Ryan Garvey finished things off with a quick brace to keep Wood Boys unbeaten.
