London Colney Colts U12s and Hertsmere shared the points after a close-fought see-saw contest.

Hertsmere took an early lead, but Colney fought back with goals from Andy Morris and Lewis Wynne, only to concede the equaliser just before half-time.

In the second half Hertsmere again took the lead, but Wynne got his second to level the match at 3-3.

The U11s Ambers booked their place in the quarter-finals of the County Cup with a convincing 3-1 win over a strong Wormley Youth side.

The Colts came back from a one goal deficit to show real character in the second half, with strikes from Zack Wallace, Sam Youngs and Barnaby Myles.

A good all round performance from the U11s Blues saw them record an 8-0 win over Palace Youth Rhodes, with strikes from man-of-the-match George Wallace and Sandy Jalali being the pick of the bunch.

Also on the score sheet were Jack Greaney (2), Callum Blackman (2), Daniel Neville and Danny Lerwill.

The U10s Amber's are getting back to their old form with a well deserved 2-1 Challenge Cup third round victory over Edmonton Panthers.

Goals from Shane McDonald and Daniel Broom gave Colts the 2-1 lead at half time, and they held on comfortably till the final whistle. Ross Wiltshire, Sam Mardle and Daniel Broom all made faultless contributions, only excelled by man-of-the-match Billy Barnes.

There were no early Christmas presents for the U8s, as they went down 3-1 to Chorleywood but the youngsters are not downhearted and are determined to continue seeking their first victory of the season.
