REDBOURN may soon have its own flagpole following a suggestion to purchase one from the keeper of the common, Mr Hadyn Davies.
Parish council chairman Tony Swendell has suggested asking village residents for donations to buy the flagpole which is to stand next to the war memorial on the common.
