A 21-year-old man with a contagious disease has gone missing after walking out of Watford General Hospital on Sunday.
Mr Momodou Lamin Jobarteh, is in a critical condition and it is essential he receives medical help quickly.
A police spokesman said the 5ft 7in man was very thin and may have collapsed soon after leaving hospital.
He is black with short hair and has a one-inch scar on his forearm.
