EIRE international Dominic Foley has joined Qeens Park Rangers on a month's loan.
He teams up with other ex-Hornets at Loftus Road after failing to break in the Watford first team,. despite his recent hat-trick for the reserves.
There is good news on the injury front with Marcus Gayle and Paolo Vernazza scheduled to return to full training on Monday, October 29.
Vernazza has recovered from the knife wound sustained when burgled recently while Gayle has shaken off the after-effects of a viral problem which affected his back.
Allan Nielsen also hopes to return to full training later in the week.
Meanwhile, Richard Johnson is likely to spend Christmas and New Year training in Australia and is due to join the club in January.
And Joe Cowan is progressing well after his anterior-crusciate ligament operation.
