STAFF at Watford YMCA have just completed a successful project, that helped more than 170 school leavers make the right career choices during the summer holidays.
Run in partnership with Hertfordshire Connexions, the U Project is a national programme designed to assist school leavers who are undecided about employment or training.
Watford YMCA kept youngsters busy with projects while they decided their future.
The most popular projects in Watford included music production and recording, motocross biking and mechanics.
