A cancer care centre in Mount Vernon has been donated signed X-Factor merchandise, in order to raise money.
A programme from the 2010 Live Tour and a copy of the single You Are Not Alone are now on sale on auction website eBay, to raise money for The Lynda Jackson Macmillan Centre in Northwood.
The donation was the result of a staff member with a family connection to one of last year's finalists, Danyl Johnson.
Both items are signed by the last eight finalists from the 2009 series, including Joe McElderry, Stacey Soloman and John & Edward.
Sue Hordyj, community fundraiser, said: “We were really thrilled to be given these special items.
“There are very few of these souvenirs available, signed by so many of the performers, so we are very grateful to Danyl Johnson for arranging for them to be donated.”
The items are on eBay until Monday, June 7. At the time of writing, the programme, item 150449044184 stands at £11.50, and the single, item 150449078439 is selling for £8.
