The company that runs Watford’s two new leisure centres has won a national award.
Sports and Leisure Management Ltd, which operates the Central and Woodside centres for Watford Borough Council, was named Leisure Operator of the Year 2010 by the Fitness Industry Association (FIA).
The company, founded in 1987, runs more than 60 leisure venues for councils across the country.
