The paralympic torch is to pass through Bushey - in the early hours of a Wednesday morning.
The Olympic Torch Relay took 70 days to travel across the UK carried by 8,000 torchbearers.
But the Paralympic equivalent will be a 24-hour relay by 580 torchbearers in teams of five along the 87-mile route from Stoke Mandeville to London, where it will arrive on August 29.
On Wednesday, August 29, the torch will travel from Bourne End at 1.39am, arriving in Bushey for a 3.49am start.
From there it will travel to Harrow and proceed through 18 towns before its final destination, the Olympic Park.
