Staff at Thrive Homes are hoping to raise £1,500 by taking on 10km charity challenge this weekend.
Eight workers from the company, which owns and manages social houses in Three Rivers, are running in aid of the Willow Foundation and Watford Mencap.
Philip Day, Catherine Cooper, Paul Game, Nicola Atkins, Michael MacGibbon, Joe Lyndon, Alison Cameron-Wood and Daryl Pereira will run through the grounds of Harefield House on Sunday.
Ms Cooper, procurement manager at Thrive Homes, said: "We have had to train pretty hard for a good few months."
