Watford Ladies' youngsters were in action last weekend and recorded some impressive results.
The Under-9s put on a great performance which included a brilliant show in goal by Nicole Oliver and a superb solo goal scored by Emelia Barton.
The Under-10s were less fortunate as they suffered defeat to Hemel Comets at the quarter-final stage of of the Challenge Cup.
A resounding 8-0 win for the Under-11s against Berkhamsted Raiders was made possible by an Ellie Bird hat-trick, two from Holly Williams and one each from Louise Chick, Gemma Reynolds and Jemimah Rose.
The Under-13s battled to extra time in the semi-final of the County Cup before narrowly losing 2-3 to St Albans City. Sophie Citro and Bronwen Luniss got the Watford goals.
The Under-15 Harts played valiantly before narrowly losing to Garston Mets 1-2 in the semi-final of the County Cup with Julia Waller registering Watford's consolation goal.
It was a more positive afternoon for the Under-15 Wasps who claimed a 1-1 draw against Garston Sharks thanks to a magnificent 20-yard goal by captain Meg Walsh.
