Watford Joggers' Ben Cope won the 5km Gadebridge Parkrun in Hemel Hempstead on Saturday morning.
A time of 21.08 was enough for Cope to come home in first place on a hilly and muddy course in heavy rain.
Colin Taylor followed in fourth and was the first MV55 to finish in a time of 22.01.
Amy Cope-Balchin was third overall, in 23.22, and the first woman. Richard Hilson crossed the line in 25th (27.19) and Keith Taylor was 34th in 28.56.
Rod Hewson recorded a personal best of 2.02.15 at the Grand Union Canal half marathon. Lory Pace struggled in the wind but managed 2.04.57.
