Watford Ladies Youth Development Squad won by the odd goal in seven at Northwood thanks to a hat-trick from Megan Warner and a Holly Newell strike.
In the Capital Girls’ League, the Under-16 Hornets won 5-1 against AFC Leyton. An Angel Frost brace, plus goals from Rebecca McShane, Elles Lord and Liv Syson, capped an impressive performance from the victors.
The Under-18 Wasps suffered a 6-2 home reversal to Bishop’s Stortford, with Alice Heady and Carly Gilbey netting.
The Under-16 Wasps discovered the hard way why Luton Town are top as the Hatters ran out 7-2 winners with Bronwen Lunniss getting both Wasps’ goals.
Orli Summerfield scored the only goal as the Under-16 Harts beat Bishop’s Stortford, but there was a hat-trick for Amy Doherty as the Under-14 Harts saw off Harvesters 5-0. Molly Thomas Conlon and Georgia Knott wrapped up the scoring.
Chanel Lee netted the Under-11 Harts’ solitary goal at Harpenden Colts Bobcats, while Liana Horwood and Rebecca Horwood scored for the Under-9 Harts at Stevenage.
