Watford boss Walter Mazzarri insists he is more upset than their supporters after the FA Cup defeat at Millwall.
The Hornets crashed out of the competition after a dire performance at the Den against the League One side.
It left a significant proportion of Watford fans calling for the dismissal of the Italian after a run of one win in nine matches.
But Mazzarri claims no-one was more sorry than him after their defeat which left the side to concentrate on improving their worrying form in the Premier League.
The Hornets head coach said: “I am the most disappointed and very sorry for them. But I’m even more sorry than them in this moment.
"In the FA Cup there are many games and not only Watford have been knocked out of the competition but also many important teams.
"It’s normal and it can happen in one game that it doesn’t go your way. But now we have to concentrate and look to the following games."
