Watford are not seeking a move for Liverpool defender Alberto Moreno, with an eight-figure fee required to take him from Anfield.
The Reds have already turned down a €12.5-million offer from Napoli for the 25-year-old this summer, and are not immediately open to selling the left-back.
He has fallen out of favour under Jurgen Klopp, with James Milner and Andrew Robertson believed to be favoured on the left of defence, but impressed in their Audi Cup win over Bayern Munich last week - impressing manager Jurgen Klopp.
Moreno, at 25, has sufficient Premier League experience with 70 appearances for the Reds in the top flight, earning three caps for Spain earlier in his career.
But questions over his defensive ability have dogged him in recent seasons, although the Reds evidently see him as sufficiently talented to have a future at Anfield.
