Bushey Sports Club sit within striking distance of the Herts Senior County League Premier Division pacesetters following a 4-1 victory over Bedmond Sports on Saturday.
Luke Durnin, Ben Hammond, Adam Wallace and Adem Ali all struck to leave Bushey three points off top spot.
Belstone are a point further back in sixth after Darren Butler and Jason Puzey secured a 2-0 victory at Sun Sports.
Chipperfield Corinthians are also on six points after goals in the last five minutes from John Smith and Harry Misselbrook saw them defeat Knebworth 2-0.
Evergreen have their first point of the season on the board as goals from Jack Evans and Brandon Whitman secured a 2-2 draw at Weston.
Michael Vickers struck twice and Sean Giordmaina was also on target to fire Oxhey Jets Reserves to a 3-0 home win over Rayners Lane Reserves in Division last night.
Saturday’s action saw Old Parmiterians continue their good start to the campaign with a 3-2 victory over Welham Albion, but Oxhey suffered a heavy first defeat as they went down 5-1 at Bush Hill Rangers.
A Luke Marsh was not enough to save Bovingdon Reserves from a 2-1 loss on their travels to Lemsford.
