Watford Girls Under-18s are up to second in Division Three North of the Greater Women’s League after bouncing back in style from their defeat.

Chloe Fletcher and Sydney Graham scored a brace apiece and Georgia Knott was also on target as they triumphed 5-1 at New London Lionesses Development.

A Daisy-May Bird hat-trick and braces from Amelie Baskiewicz and Heidi Bekteshi were the highlights of an entertaining match as the Under-9 Greens hosted St Albans City Youth.

The Under-9 Yellows also took part in an enjoyable high-scoring match for both teams at Bedwell Rangers.

Evie Rose netted a hat-trick for the Yellows and was joined on the scoresheet by Bella Millar and Kimberley Ortiz.

Ware Youth Girls made the trip to Watford to face the Under-10s.

Verity Richman (4), Elsa Walker (3), Daisy Conway, Vedhika Walia, Jamaica-Rayne Ogilvie Charlesworth, Chase Bembridge and Charlotte Grosso were all on target for the home side.

The Under-11s travelled to Berkhamsted Raiders and enjoyed their morning of football.

Kiahna Atkins struck four goals whilst there were braces for Solange Brellier, Erin O’Connor, Ugomma Ekendu-Obi, Sienna Greener and Sarah Zaoui. Imogen Reid, Lexe Allaway and Sophie Birkett also chalked up a goal each.

There was Herts Girls Football Partnership League Cup action for some of the older teams too.

Watford Girls Under-12s travelled to Harvesters and recorded a 9-0 victory.

Victoria Lussambo and Chloe Manning struck four goals apiece, with Sundai Amele also hitting the back of the net.

Watford Girls Under-13s suffered a narrow 1-0 home defeat to Garston Ladies Wildcats in the League Cup after a tight, close and entertaining fixture which saw the away side progress to the next round.

The Under-14s also hosted a side from Garston in the League Cup, with the Tigers coming to Sun Postal.

It was Watford who came out on top in this tie as Millie Tugby, Erin Shacklock, Macey Bannerman-Lloyd, Faith Mensah, Charlotte Forster, Olivia Hampshire, Sophie Coyle, Hannah Luxton, Lucy Kirby, Shakira Kafero-Roberts and Caitlin Finnerty all made it onto the scoresheet.

Watford Girls Under-15s were in league action at home to Berkhamsted Raiders.

Susan Uwaifo (4) and Aulona Xhema (3) were the pick of the scorers, with Isabelle Smith joining them and Charlotte Halpin registered her first goal for the club in a 9-2 victory.

A cold and wet afternoon for the Watford Under-16s added to the challenge of an away trip to Denham United in the League Cup, but it was one they rose to impressively.

Amy Holdcroft scored five goals to lead the way for the Hornets, with Leah Knapp also scoring a hat-trick.

Danielle Ransom came off the bench to grab a brace and Aimee Charman completed an 11-1 victory and progression through to the second round.
