THIRTEEN Watford Joggers, plus a fast guest, took big breaths before the Kings Langley Puffer 10km on Sunday, featuring heartbreaking hills.
With the addition of hot and windy conditions, times were well down, except for Ron Lalley continuing his return to competetive running. For Linda Hall this was her second race of the day, having taken in a 5km earlier.
