Watford's draw with Sheffield United saw them climb off the bottom of the Premier League table as their resurgence under Nigel Pearson continues.

Here's how we rated their individual performances:

Ben Foster - 8

The goalkeeper produced a magnificent stop from point-blank range, as well as several other important saves to prevent the home side from taking the lead.

Adrian Mariappa - 6

Defended well on the right hand side yet again and didn't allow the hosts to create too much. Conceded possession cheaply on one or two occasions, but did nothing drastically wrong.

Christian Kabasele - 7

Another solid performance from the Belgian whose strength and intelligence has been a big part of Watford's recent upturn in form.

Craig Cathcart - 6

The Northern Irishman was steady enough alongside Kabasele and helped to keep the likes of McGoldrick and McBurnie quiet throughout.

Kiko Femenia - 6

Didn't do anything too noteworthy, but coped well defensively again, which he was struggling with at the start of the season.

Will Hughes - 5

After a man of the match performance against Manchester United, Hughes was sadly disappointing. Lacked both creativity and the determination he showed in his last performance. Gave away a penalty with a clumsy challenge.

Etienne Capoue - 6

Pitched in defensively and did some of the ugly work required to get points from the Premier League. Nothing special, but nothing bad either.

Nathaniel Chalobah - 6.5

Played a more attacking role than usual and pitched in with a decent assist. Recycled possession and battled well enough at times, but struggled during other periods of the game.

Ismaila Sarr - 6

Was the Hornets' main outlet during the first half, but didn't produce too much in the way of attacking intent. Was taken off at half-time after a knock to the eye.

Gerard Deulofeu - 7

Took his goal well and got into some decent positions. Dallied on the ball in one or two advantageous positions, but for the most part had a good game.

Troy Deeney - 4

The clearest example that the skipper is still not fully match fit. He was sluggish and as a result really struggled to contribute to the attack. Looked very frustrated with his own performance when he left the field.
