Pontus Dahlberg is the latest Watford player to leave on loan, after his arrival at FC Emmen was confirmed.
The Swedish goalkeeper is yet to make a senior appearance for the club and is fourth in the pecking order behind Ben Foster, Heurelho Gomes and Daniel Bachmann.
After joining from IFK Goteborg in 2018, the keeper has been limited to appearances in pre-season friendlies and youth games.
An announcement on the Emmen website reveals the deal is now complete and the player will stay with the Eredivisie side until the end of the season.
FC Emmen chairman Ronald Lubbers said:“If Dennis Telgenkamp fails, we are too thinly occupied in goal by the long-term injury of Matthias Hamrol. By adding Pontus to the selection, we are now sufficiently occupied at that position. "
