Striker Sarah Wiltshire has returned to Watford Ladies after departing the club back in 2014.
Wiltshire first arrived as a teenager from Arsenal in 2008 before leaving again six years later and playing for the likes of Manchester City, Tottenham and Yeovil Town.
She faced the Golden Girls with the Glovers last season and said she was impressed with what she saw from her then opponents.
Speaking to the club website after returning, she said: "It feels good to be back where my senior football journey really started. I had some of my best football days playing for Watford so it means a lot to be back here.
“Watford have a great set up and a lot of ambition. Clinton [Lancaster] and Armand [Kavaja] have worked hard to rebuild the club and the girls here that I have played with before have always spoken highly of everything happening at the club.
"Watford were a well organised and hardworking side when I faced them last season. They had a good attacking threat, which shows why they were competing at the top of the league.
“I want to help the team any way I can and help carry on the good form from last season.
“I’m sure the team feels like there is some unfinished business from last season so we want to carry that on and push for promotion.”
