Watford have announced the signing of Nigerian defender William Troost-Ekong and also 17-year-old striker Djibril Toure, who will arrive in January 2021.
The Udinese defender flew in yesterday to complete the move to Vicarage Road where he will link up with Ben Wilmot with whom he formed a friendship during the Hornets defender's time on loan with the Italian side.
The 27-year-old has been expected at Watford since the beginning of the transfer window and a deal was finally pushed through this week.
He has previously spent time in England with both Tottenham and Fulham during his youth career and has 42 international caps.
He has signed a five-year contract and will wear squad number five.
The club also announced the signing of Toure from Ceffomig FC, who has represented Guinea at youth international level and will officially arrive in January 1, 2021.
Watford claim to have "beaten a number of top European clubs" to sign the player, who joins on a five-and-a-half-year contract.
