Ignacio Pussetto has completed a loan move to Udinese.

Despite having only arrived in January, the Argentine has already departed after making just nine appearances for the club, only one of which was in the starting XI.

Things looked promising for Pussetto when he cleared the ball off the line in his debut against Tottenham to earn a point with his first kick of a ball in a Watford shirt.

However, a hatful of substitute appearances later suggest he was not quite up to the standard required.

Crotone were interested in taking the player on loan for the season, but he instead has returned to Udinese.

The club confirmed the deal by sharing the video of his clearance against Spurs on Twitter, stating: "We'll never forget this moment - first touches for a new club don't get much better!"

Pussetto is not the only player heading for Udinese today, with Gerard Deulofeu also set to join the Italian side on loan.
