Watford and Bournemouth have both been fined £10,000 by the FA for the on-field fracas that broke out during their game at the Vitality Stadium last month.
Players and staff from both teams were involved in a scuffle on the pitch at the end of the match that finished in a 1-0 defeat for the Hornets, with Joao Pedro and Jack Wilshere both sent off.
The FA released a statement at the beginning of last week confirming both clubs had been charged.
Since then both sides have admitted that they failed to ensure their players and/or club officials conducted themselves in an orderly fashion during the 96th minute.
An independent regulatory commision imposed the fine during a subsequent hearing.
