Watford are back in action this afternoon away at Cardiff City and Xisco Munoz's squad will be boosted by a couple of players returning.

Here's how I think his team will line up in today's game.

Formation: 4-3-3

GK: Daniel Bachmann

Ben Foster will be pushing to get his place back after returning to training but Munoz has already confirmed that Bachmann will play today.

RB: Kiko Femenia

Will have his work cut out defensively, but can also cause problems for Cardiff in attack.

CB: William Troost-Ekong

Likely to start again today, with Munoz needing his strongest centre-back pairing to defend against Cardiff's set pieces.

CB: Francisco Sierralta

Could be in for a tough afternoon, but has shown strength and dominance at the back in recent weeks.

LB: Adam Masina

Will be looking to contribute in attack again.

CM: Will Hughes

Will likely wear the captain's armband again today at the base of midfield.

CM: Nathaniel Chalobah

Returning from suspension to give Munoz some relief with Tom Cleverley out injured and Dan Gosling unlikely to be available again.

CM: Philip Zinckernagel

Has played well in his last two starts. Should get another chance to impress today.

LW: Ken Sema

Has looked a little fatigued in recent matches but has had a week without any games to rest and recover.

RW: Ismaila Sarr

Seems to be performing with real swagger and confidence at the moment. He'll need to be at his best.

ST: Joao Pedro

Should be back in his best position today.
