Joshua King will wear the number seven shirt for Watford this season, with Philip Zinckernagel out on loan at Nottingham Forest.
The Dane's departure left the number vacant for the striker, who wore the same number during his time at Bournemouth.
Other new arrival Danny Rose has been handed the number three shirt, with Jeremy Ngakia moving to number two.
Ashley Fletcher takes number 17, Emmanuel Dennis 25 and Kwadwo Baah gets number 34.
Stipe Perica has been made number 37 with Dennis taking his number from last season, although the club still remain hopeful that the Croatian will move on before the end of the transfer window.
Returning striker Cucho Hernandez will be number 29.
In midfield, new arrivals Peter Etebo and Imran Louza will wear four and six respectively.
Juraj Kucka takes the 33 shirt, one behind defender Mattie Pollock, who is number 32.
