The referee for Watford's trip to Newcastle United this weekend will be Paul Tierney.
The official hasn't been in charge of a match involving the Hornets since the 2019/20 season when he refereed both the 2-0 defeat away at Wolverhampton Wanderers and the 3-0 defeat to Burnley at Turf Moor.
Chris Wood scored in the second of those games for the Clarets and is likely to be in the squad for the Magpies on Saturday, with reports suggesting he is very close to completing a move to Tyneside.
Watford are unbeaten in their last five games against Newcastle, winning two and drawing three in all competitions.
