Watford's game away at Liverpool this weekend will be refereed by Stuart Attwell, the Premier League has confirmed.
The official is well known to Watford supporters due to his decision to award Reading a goal at Vicarage Road in September 2008, despite the ball going well wide of the post.
This weekend's match at Anfield will be Attwell's first involving the Hornets since a 2-1 defeat away at Manchester United in March 2019.
Prior to that he had only taken charge of two Watford matches after that Reading game almost 14 years ago, both in 2014, including a 1-1 draw away at Cardiff City and another draw of the same result at home against Burnley.
For this weekend's match, he will be assisted by Marc Perry and Timothy Wood, while fourth official will be Tony Harrington.
John Brooks will be on VAR duties, assisted by Simon Bennett.
