The addition of former West Ham stalwart Julian Dicks to the Watford coaching staff is edging close.
Slaven Bilic had Dicks as part of the set-up at both West Ham and West Brom, and said a couple of weeks ago he intended to bring him to Vicarage Road
“Jules is in the United States and we just have to sort things out,” he said.
“Jules was always with me and part of my staff when I’ve worked in England. Hopefully we will sort it out.
“It’s all a matter of technicalities, those little things and details. But the will is there from both sides.
“The sooner the better. I miss him.”
