THE annual Northwood Town Cricket Club Presentation Dinner took place last Friday night at the Cricketers Club in Central London.
After a mixed season generally for the Chestnut Avenue outfit in last summer's Saracens Hertfordshire Cricket League 22 year old all-rounder Neil Dudley secured the first XI Player of the Year award following a string of consistent batting and bowling performances, whilst effervescent Town talisman Richard Dowling earned the 1st XI Players' Player of the Year.
Both of the second XI Player of the Year awards were won by 23 year old Dan Biggs for his fine batting performances, capping an evening dominated by the promising breed of Northwood Town youngsters.
