Former Watford striker Will Hoskins is reportedly close to agreeing a move to League One side Charlton Athletic.
Hoskins looks set to join Charlton who will be one of the favourites in League One this season after reaching the play-off semi finals in their last campaign.
The 24-year-old striker joined Watford in January 2007 but struggled to hold down a regular first team place under Aidy Boothroyd, Brendan Rodgers and finally former team mate Malky Mackay.
Hoskins scored 16 goals in 26 appearances in the first half of the 2006/07 season for Rotherham before his switch to Watford but his Hornets’ record was disappointing, with just nine goals in 70 outings in all competitions.
