Watford defender Rob Kiernan has returned from his loan spell at Yeovil Town.
The Republic of Ireland Under-21 international was on loan at Yeovil until January but has returned to the Hornets after making just one start and two substitute appearances for the club.
Kiernan’s spell at Huish Park started brightly but injuries and international duty has resulted in the 19-year-old failing to feature since August.
Kiernan, who can also play in midfield, made his only Watford appearance as an 89th-minute substitute in the FA Cup win over Crystal Palace in January 2009.
The Watford-born defender, who has been linked with Manchester City in the past, spent the second half of last season on loan at Kilmarnock, where he made five appearances.
