Saracens have received a major boost after first-team coach Andy Farrell's decision to remain with the club.
The RFU have been trying to lure Farrell to the England set-up after he impressed during a temporary coaching spell in the Six Nations.
But Farrell has decided to stay with the Premiership champions and continue his coaching career at club level.
Farrell said: "It has been a special privilege for me to be involved in the Saracens coaching staff for the past two-and-half seasons.
"We have made decent progress during this period but, in truth, as a club, we have barely scratched the surface of our potential. The job isn’t anywhere near half done, and I have decided I want to help finish the job."
