Watford will have the perfect opportunity to scout their FA Cup fourth round opponents when they play Southampton on Saturday - as they will travel to St Mary’s in the next round of the world’s oldest cup competition.

The Hornets, who won 2-0 on the South Coast in September, will return to face Mauricio Pellegrino’s side on the weekend of January 27-28.

The two sides last met in the cup in 2003, when Southampton won 2-1 at Vicarage Road en route to the final, where they were beaten by Arsenal at the Millenium Stadium.
