Filming for a six-part series is currently underway in Cassiobury Park.
Parkgoers have spotted several production trucks in the Gade Avenue carpark this morning (January 30) as scenes are being shot in the town.
Watford Borough Council has confirmed the council-operated car park, at the southwest of the park's main area, is being used for a new six-part series for the BBC.
The permit started yesterday and is set to finish tonight.

New six-part series the broadcaster has announced will air next year include Baby Reindeer creator Richard Gadd’s new project Half Man, Charlotte Riley drama Babies, Home Counties-set Wild Cherry, and Riot Women, starring Tamsin Greig.
It is unclear whether the series being filmed today is for one of these, or for another project. The BBC has been contacted for more information.
The latest filming comes after The Conjuring Stars Patrick Wilson and Vera Farmiga were spotted, in September last year, as scenes for an upcoming horror film were shot in the park.
