The Grove has opened a new facility offering golfers tour player level support.

TaylorMade Golf, in partnership with the hotel, opened The Kingdom at The Grove to the public yesterday (May 15).

Set within its five-star golf course on the edge of Watford, it features three state-of-the-art fitting bays with motion capture and putting analysis technology.

The outdoor performance area incudes a 7.4-acre driving range, 850-square-metre teeing area, and 4,000-square-metre short-game complex.

Inside, golfers will have access to an in-house workshop, more than 1,800 fitting shafts, and the expertise of trained fitters.

Customers, who do not need to be staying at The Grove Hotel, will often be able to see their clubs being built and walk away with them on the same day.

Hotel director of golf Joel Westwell said: “The arrival of The Kingdom further strengthens The Grove’s position as one of the UK’s leading golf destinations, combining world-class performance expertise with the luxury resort experience our guests know us for.”
