A Watford man is set to go to trial after being charged with intent to supply cocaine and having £4,095 in criminal cash.

Cen Trota, 29, has been charged with possessing the class A drug cocaine with intent to supply it to an unknown person in Salisbury on September 1.

He has also been charged with acquiring, using, or having possession of criminal property, namely several thousand pounds in cash, on the same day in Salisbury.

An application was made in South East Wiltshire Magistrates’ Court on September 5 for the continued detention of cash in excess of £4,095, seized from Trota.

Trota, who lives in Rosslyn Road, Watford, appeared in Swindon Magistrates’ Court on September 3 and a plea of not guilty or none indicated was given, according to court papers. 

The case was sent for trial by jury at Salisbury Crown Court, where he is due to appear on October 7.

The 29-year-old was denied bail by the court.
