Watford area dentists taking certain patients on the NHS

NHS dentist finder's latest updates show only those who have been referred are being accepted, with just one taking people entitled to free dental care.

It reinforces the dearth of local options after a Garston practice confirmed it will stop offering NHS treatment due to a "chronic lack of investment". 

Imperial Dental Care and Abbey Dental Practice in Harrow, and Church Road Dental Practice are among the nearest options to have confirmed as taking NHS patients.

Patients who are pregnant or have had a baby in the last 12 months and those receiving low-income benefits (or who are under 20 and a dependant of someone receiving low-income benefits) are entitled to free NHS dental treatment.
