A Watford man has admitted to cannabis possession and driving a van after using the drug, without insurance or a licence.
Bradley Baker, of Epsom Road, admitted to possession of cannabis/cannabis resin, driving a white panel van while over the specified limit of cannabis in his blood, and driving the van without insurance or a licence in Croydon Magistrates’ Court.
He had 40 microgrammes of cannabis per litre of blood in his system, 20 times the threshold where the government says "accidental exposure" can be ruled out.

On November 29, the 23-year-old was ordered to pay £360 and disqualified from holding or obtaining a driver’s licence for 18 months.
He must also comply with a curfew for six weeks, requiring him to be at home from 7pm to 7am six days a week and 9pm to 7am on Wednesdays.
All offences took place at Peckford Place, in Brixton, on February 4 this year.
