Plans have been re-submitted for a block of flats in a high street location after several proposals were previously dismissed or withdrawn.
If approved, the homes would be built on land to the rear of 38-40 Watling Street and on land that currently houses garages to rear of 23-25 Park Road, Radlett.
The plans were validated on February 15 by Hertsmere Borough Council.
Developers want to build a new three-storey block of six flats, with three two-beds and three three-beds.
Plans include basement-level parking for 13 cars that will have access from Watling Street, and Park Road has been set aside for cycling and pedestrian entry.

Five previous applications for the site were rejected or withdrawn due to several issues, including impact on the character of the conservation area.
One refusal was based on the parking being inadequate because cars would block each other in.
The new application can be found on the council's planning portal via reference 23/0085/FUL.
