Businesses eyeing up a move to a Watford town centre location might be considering these ten properties on the market now.

The Columbia Press

Before closing last week, the Columbia Press was put up for sale along with 31 other Wetherspoon pubs nationwide, in September, last year.

Described as “prime pitch in the centre of Watford” it is in a very prominent location in The Parade.

The rent paid is listed as £124,500 per year but the price going forward will only be given upon application.

The Twin Flame

Not far away is this former bar and restaurant. It is available to rent for retail outlets, pubs, bars, clubs, restaurants, or leisure businesses for £150,000 per year.

It is described as in a “sought after location with good footfall” and has “a wide frontage onto The Parade".

Former recruitment agency

With recruitment agency Marketplace Group having moved to a new location in The Parade, its former office is available to rent in Queens Road.

It is being advertised as a ground floor retail unit for £35,000 per year. It includes two parking spaces.

Platform

Opposite Watford Junction, in Station Road, this former wine bar is currently available to let for £60,000 per year.
