Watford will be visited by the world famous Flying Scotsman tomorrow on a centenary tour.
The 60103 locomotive will stop at the Watford station on Saturday (June 10) as part of a series of tours marking 100 years since it left Doncaster Works in 1923.
The ‘Cheshireman’ train, steam-hauled by The Flying Scotsman, will travel from London Euston to Chester.

Those on the tour will have the afternoon in Chester before re-joining the train for the return journey.
A Railway Touring Company safety message says: “[We] appreciate there is considerable interest in Flying Scotsman, but stress that anyone wishing to see Flying Scotsman on route should do so from a safe and permitted place.
"Trespassing along rail lines or into prohibited areas of train stations is dangerous.”
The tour is sold out, but prices for an adults ranged from £165 to £335, £125 to £250 for juniors and £518 to £1045 for families.
The locomotive was spotted making its way through Kings Langley Station earlier this week.
