Police are investigating after bronze sculptures were stolen from a luxury hotel near Watford.

Herts Police have appealed for the public’s help to trace the missing pillars and released an image after two thefts from The Grove Hotel, off Hempstead Road.

Two of the bronze pillars were taken between 1am and 9am on June 1, before another pair were stolen between 2am and 4am on June 8.

The suspects are described as three white males dressed in dark clothing. One of them was using an electric scooter.

PC Casey Bradding said: “Our enquiries are continuing, and I am appealing for anyone with information to please get in touch.
