The East of England Ambulance Service also attended the scene and took the cyclist, another man in his 20s, to hospital. Recovery has been arranged for the van.
Just after 10am the force issued a warning to drivers to “avoid the area” due to the disruption.
There is further traffic disruption in the area after a vehicle broke down in the M25 exit slip road at Junction 20 later on this morning. It is expected to be cleared by 11.15am.
One lane is currently closed, causing delays for the anti-clockwise M25.
The A41 delays appear to have mostly cleared, as of 10.55am.
